Condo fees for 2020  are $1880.00, which can be paid quarterly in the amount of $470.00 (due Jan, April, July and Oct. 1^st.) Your fees include water, sewer, trash facilities and basic cable for (1) television. We do accept credit and debit cards ( sorry no American Express), however there is a 3% fee added to the charge. The mailing address is 435 South Shore Rd. Marmora, NJ 08223. The office does not send out payment coupons. Owners will get email reminders when condo fees are due. Please make sure the office has your email address. Taxes are paid directly to the Upper Twp. Tax office.
